Is the monthly fee a percentage of my bookings?
No — never. It’s a flat retainer. A manager takes 15–35% of your revenue forever; I charge a flat fee and teach you to own the systems, so the upside stays yours.
What if I just want the setup and not the monthly?
That’s fine — the monthly tune-up is optional. Plenty of owners take the build and training and run it themselves, then check back in seasonally.
Can my team join the training?
Yes, and they should — the goal is that your whole operation can run it without depending on me or any single person.
